Staying in touch is what community is all about!
Christi Rice, Chair
Since you're reading this, you obviously know about VPCA.org! As a self-funded, volunteer organization, the VPCA economizes as best we can. Volunteers help keep this web site up-to-date...but sometimes things fall through the cracks.
STAY IN TOUCH
Our newsletter program is one of VPCA’s most important communications tools to provide YOU with timely, relevant and helpful neighborhood news, civic updates and local events information…in print and online…and we are committed to making it even better!
Our official VPCA newsletter(in print)...THE VICTORIA PARK TIMES (at right)... is published bimonthly (6x per year) and over 6000 copies are now printed and distributed to EVERY residence in Victoria Park via USPS Every Door Direct Mail. In addition, the print version is now complemented online with our official VPCA E-newsletter for more time-sensitive items, and all print and online newsletter content will be coordinated and distributed on our website at www.vpca.org and on our official Facebook page.
All newsletters are mailed via USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) and delivered to the post office at the same time. Because the USPS route mail carriers have a few days at their discretion to deliver the newsletter to homes, residents of one ZIP code or carrier route may receive their copies before another. So 'Thank you!' for your patience! Members of the VPCA, Inc. receive the newsletter as part of their membership.

NEXTDOOR.COM: We are for neighbors
For neighborhood barbecues. For multi-family garage sales. For trick-or-treating
We're for slowing down, children at play.
We're for sharing a common hedge and an awesome babysitter.
We're for neighborhood watch. Emergency response. And for just keeping an eye out for a lost cat.
We believe waving hello to the new neighbor says, "Welcome" better than any doormat.
We believe technology is a powerful tool for making neighborhoods stronger, safer places to call home.
We're all about online chats that lead to more clothesline chats.
We believe fences are sometimes necessary, but online privacy is always necessary.
We believe strong neighborhoods not only improve our property value, they improve each one of our lives.
We believe that amazing things can happen by just talking with the people next door.
We are Nextdoor. We are simply you and your neighbors, together.
